I am actually GOBSMACKED. Like… what just happened??
Toa (new owner) is out here setting a standard I didn’t even know existed. WITHOUT being asked, this man went above and beyond to make sure I had the absolute BEST options, at the BEST price possible. Who does that anymore??
And the way he explains things?? Detailed, clear, fast… but somehow not overwhelming?? I don’t know how he did it, but I understood EVERYTHING and actually retained it—which is insane for me.
You can feel that he genuinely cares. Not in a fake “customer service voice” way—but in a real, human, “I’ve got you, don’t stress” kind of way.
I’m not even being dramatic (okay maybe a little 😭), but I was genuinely moved to tears today by how helpful and kind he was.
If I could give 5 stars every single day, I would. EASY. No hesitation.
By the way, the photo added … is recognition to the chair doing gods work. It’s the most comfortable chair I’ve EVER sat in. It must be credited. 5 stairs to the Prime Chairs… 5 stars bravo

I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Tao, at Prime Storage at OK Landing Rd. Moving things into storage can be incredibly stressful, but Tao was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful from start to finish. He took the time to answer all my questions, helped me find the perfect unit size, and made the whole process completely seamless. Customer service like this is rare, and I am so grateful for his help. Highly recommend!
