Brigitte was amazing in dealing with the issues of my move into storage upon transition from Barriere to Vernon. The facility is prime likes it’s name. Amazing security features, very clean and attention to details. Insect and rodent management seems to be paid attention to even while I was there loading my unit. I feel confident that one’s storage needs will be met and exceeded here. Post script: Ive been here over two months now and am still highly impressed with all aspects of this business!

I’ve rented storage space throughout the province . Prime storage here in Vernon is a gem . What are you looking for in a storage facility? This facility is sparkling clean. Access is very convenient and you will have peace of mind as everything is very secure. Here you will be on a monthly billing cycle as opposed to a 28 day cycle. So instead of making 13 payments in a calendar year you will make 12.However the one element that stands above everything else is the staff. I had the pleasure of dealing with a gentleman named Ankit. You will immediately be taken back by his professionalism. He is very transparent in what your obligations are. Extremely helpful and sincere. Thank you Ankit Prime is lucky to have you on staff .

I am happy and grateful to have a place to store my belongings- I’m a bit frustrated with how only after 2 months renting from them they increased the rate on my unit almost $30 a month. I will have some much more discernment with reading the contracts in the future…

My storage unit was recently compromised by water due to a very heavy downpour. I was oblivious to it so very appreciative of the call to recommend that I go in to check to see if there was any damage. Even though there wasn't any damage I very much appreciated the prompt and considerate way the matter was dealt with and that I was offered a different until to use due to the possibility of future flooding. All in all, it was a pleasant and appreciated case of exemplary customer service by Prime Storage staff. Robert Scott
