Brigitte was amazing in dealing with the issues of my move into storage upon transition from Barriere to Vernon. The facility is prime likes it’s name. Amazing security features, very clean and attention to details. Insect and rodent management seems to be paid attention to even while I was there loading my unit. I feel confident that one’s storage needs will be met and exceeded here. Post script: Ive been here over two months now and am still highly impressed with all aspects of this business!

I have been at Prime Storage for three years They have a very safe, climate controlled storage facility that is well lit and always clean I have easy access to my storage locker and the staff are very friendly and helpful Ankit at the front desk is great to deal with. Very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond with customer service

Great dealing with Ankit, the site Manager, in Vernon ,B.C. very helpful and I even got a coffee at one occasion! Units and facility are very clean, reasonably priced for a climatized storage unit. A garbage bin would be appreciated for smaller refuse ! Other than that everything is there what you can expect...5 Stars !
