A really nice lady named Heather helped me. I had called very last minute to get a storage locker and was fully expecting to be told to come back when it isn’t so close to closing. She said it was no problem. Helped me through the process quickly and efficiently. Even going above and beyond to leave the light on for me and leaving a cart near my unit. So kind and thoughtful. Great friendly service!

I’m not sure there are enough good things I can say about Heather, she may be the nicest person I have ever had to deal with from a business standpoint. Her emails communications are great, prompt and efficient and I thoroughly enjoy talking to her over the phone and in person. She will remember who you are, even 6 months later. Thank you Heather!

Heather is an absolute Gem, A true at staple to the sentinel storage in vernon. She was more than helpful with both of my storage units and very personable. Highly recommend this facility and there great staff.
