Heather is amazing, friendly, knowledgeable and always has time for a quick visit. She knows everyone by name and is just a pleasure to deal with!
Been here for over a year, there are good deals if you can get them. I wish you would offer a discounted month or a free month once a year for long term rentals. Otherwise no complaints, would recommend.

Highly recommend Sentinel Storage Vernon BC location for your storage needs in the Vernon area. The site managers are fantastic, really great to deal with and the facility is excellent. Heather was so kind to me, helping me get everything set up. I can't say enough good things about the team at this location!

I highly recommend Sentinel Storage in Vernon, BC!
Donnette and Heather were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the process smooth and stress-free. The storage unit was clean, secure, and easy to access.
Adding some lighting inside the units would be a great improvement, but overall, a very positive experience!
