A really nice lady named Heather helped me. I had called very last minute to get a storage locker and was fully expecting to be told to come back when it isn’t so close to closing. She said it was no problem. Helped me through the process quickly and efficiently. Even going above and beyond to leave the light on for me and leaving a cart near my unit. So kind and thoughtful. Great friendly service!

I rented a unit but had to cancel at the last minute, and Heather was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. Her customer service was exemplary. She was incredibly helpful not only with the initial rental but also with arranging a refund when I returned within the hour. She was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Sentinel to anyone needed storage.

We have been using Sentinel Vernon Storage for our business needs for the past 13 months, and we can’t say enough great things about the team at this location! The staff has been incredibly accommodating, and they even took the initiative to reach out when they noticed our lock hadn’t been secured properly, ensuring everything was safe and locked up.

My initial contact with Heather was the start of an amazing service experience. Her professionalism was second to none. She thoroughly explained everything that we needed to know to process our rental and she truly cared about making sure that we understood what we needed to do. In short, she cared. In today's world, people like her are few and far between. Thank you Heather!!
