A really nice lady named Heather helped me. I had called very last minute to get a storage locker and was fully expecting to be told to come back when it isn’t so close to closing. She said it was no problem. Helped me through the process quickly and efficiently. Even going above and beyond to leave the light on for me and leaving a cart near my unit. So kind and thoughtful. Great friendly service!

I’m not sure there are enough good things I can say about Heather, she may be the nicest person I have ever had to deal with from a business standpoint. Her emails communications are great, prompt and efficient and I thoroughly enjoy talking to her over the phone and in person. She will remember who you are, even 6 months later. Thank you Heather!

I had the nicest experience arranging storage for my RV at Sentinel Storage in Vernon today. The lovely ladies at the front desk were so kind and informative. I’m so glad I chose this company for convenience, easy access and wonderful staff. I highly recommend Sentinel in Vernon.
