Heather was very helpful with booking a unit over the phone as I was moving to Vernon from the island. Upon arrival Heather walked me through the paperwork with ease and answered all my questions. Ten months later I was ready to move my things into my new home and had questions regarding downsizing the unit. Cindy was very helpful in giving me options to best suit my needs. I highly recommend using this company. With drive up units it was easy loading and unloading my things.

Heather is an absolute Gem, A true at staple to the sentinel storage in vernon. She was more than helpful with both of my storage units and very personable. Highly recommend this facility and there great staff.

Right from first meeting with Cindy and Heather I knew I chose the right place. They made me feel welcome and explained what all my options were. The units are all clean and well maintained. Also the yard is totally secure needing an access code to enter plus there is someone onsite all the time.
